The River Sand Pump is innovative in the design of the structure and hydraulic performance. Over-Flow components are made of abrasion-resistant high-chromium alloy, with characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, wear-resisting and reliable running, etc. It is suitable to convey strong erosion slurry, slag, or grout containing solid particles.  The River Sand Pumps are widely used in pumping sand, land reclamation, electric coal ash, and tailing in the metallurgy industry, etc.

High-concentration centrifugal River Sand Pump is a horizontal, single-stage, and double-casing pump. The River Sand Pump is innovative in the design of the structure and hydraulic performance. Over-Flow components are made of abrasion-resistant high chromium alloy, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, wear-resisting and reliable running, etc.

The centrifugal River Sand Pump can convey gravel, slurry, or sand with a solid and liquid density of up to 60%. The high-concentration slurry pump is suitable to convey strong erosion slurry, slag, or grout containing solid particles.  The River Sand Pump is widely used in pumping sand, land reclamation, electric coal ash, and tailing in the metallurgy industry, etc.

High-head River Sand Pumpis a kind of high-efficiency River Sand Pump machine that can realize long-distance hydraulic transportation of solid materials. The high-head River Sand Pump has been widely used in various countries around the world for pipeline transportation of tailing in the concentrator, ash, coal, and various concentrates of power stations. In April 2020, an American customer contacted the OCEAN PUMP sales consultant to inquire about the high-head sand pump. The customer had a cutter suction dredger for pumping mud and sand, which required to be transported over a long distance. But the current sand pump equipped on the cutter suction dredger could not meet the discharge distance requirement, so he needed a set sand slurry pump for boost. The customer put forward the following requirements.

1. The first-stage River Sand Pump delivers 250 cubic meters of solids per hour, requiring the sand pump to relay.
2. The River Sand Pump pipeline inlet size is 350mm and the outlet is 300mm.
3. The high-head sand pump discharge distance is 1600m.
4. The River Sand Pump requires wear-resistant, easy-to-use, and supporting brands that required imported machines.
After precise calculations and return visits to old customers, OCEAN PUMP engineers decided to select DS300-70 high-head sand pump unit, equipped with a marine diesel engine and marine gearbox.

2. The United States has strict environmental protection regulations for diesel engines, so diesel engine EPA emission certificates are required.
3. Supervise the container loading. The sand pump must be firmly fixed in a container to ensure not be damaged in long-term shipping.
