Submersible Dredger, also known as a submersible slurry pump dredger, is engineered using optimized hydrodynamics technology for efficient sand dredging and silt clearing. This product, part of our OCEAN Pump brand ZJQ series, comes equipped with our custom-designed submersible dredger pump, a high-efficiency suction reamer head, and a reputable brand motor. These components work in unison to achieve high dredger suction ratio, thorough dredging, and a large output of slurry or sand.
The heavy-duty submersible pump of the OCEAN Pump brand is crafted from high-chromium alloy material, known for its excellent wear-resistance. It features a large flow passageway, making it suitable for transporting mediums up to 60mm in diameter, including mud with substantial solid particles, ore pulp, coal pulp, and coarse sand. The pump is equipped with a flexible sensing probe for over-heating protection, water-intake inspection protection, and oil chamber protection, ensuring long and safe operation even under harsh conditions. Work requirements: the sand is pumped from the river channel, the depth of sand pumping is 25 meters, the sand output is required to be 25-30 cubic meters per hour, and the sand is discharged to a place of 500 meters for sand screening.

The flow rate is 150m3/h, the lift is 45 meters, the power is 55KW, the speed is 980 rpm, the outlet is 150mm, and the maximum overflow particle is 30mm. The motor and pump are coaxially immersed in the medium to work. The overflow part of the pump is made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant material, which has good wear resistance. A set of stirring impellers are also installed at the bottom of the pump, which can spray the deposited sludge into turbulent flow, so as to achieve high performance without auxiliary devices. Concentration delivery. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, and protect the reliability of the mechanical seal to the greatest extent.
