The Desilting Sand Dredger is a powerful tool that is widely used to recover materials from great depths and can even extract sand from underneath a clay overburden. Equipped with a high-pressure water pump and a powerful sand suction pump, the Desilting Sand Dredger is designed to produce a high-pressure high-speed water jet to impact the sand layer and splash the mixed sand around the suction head. The sand suction pump then conveys the sand to the desired location through the discharge pipe.

We recently received an inquiry from Mr. Peter, a professional contractor for construction projects in Liberia. He needed to pump sand from a river in Liberia and use it for construction after treatment. Following our recommendations and detailed discussions with Mr. Peter, we received the order for the 10-inch Desilting Sand Dredger, propeller, 400m discharge PE pipes, and 30 pairs of floaters for some pipes. We sent the PI with bank payment information and received a 40% advance payment from the customer on April 20th. We then arranged production in our workshop, with an agreed production time of 25 working days till May 23rd.
We ensured that the Desilting Sand Dredger was completed as scheduled and conducted thorough running testing to ensure that all engines were working smoothly and the pump was functioning well. After providing Mr. Peter with a testing video, he was satisfied with the results and paid the 60% balance on May 21st. We promptly arranged the earliest containers and vessel for him and loaded the Desilting Sand Dredger on May 25th.
