The A05 Sand Pump is designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids. The big particle A05 Sand Pump is cast as a single pump casing structure with a smooth over-current channel. The overflow part is made of hard nickel and high chromium wear-resistant alloy. The outlet direction of the A05 Sand Pump can be adjusted according to the requested direction. The large particle A05 Sand Pump, also known as the large particle sand pump and gravel pump, is modified by the ocean pumping industry based on similar products in Australia. In June 2020, a user in Cameroon, an African country, contacted the foreign trade manager of OCEAN PUMP and put forward the following construction requirements:

1. For river sand pumping, the high chrome gravel pump made in Guangdong was previously used. The effect is good but the wear is faster. I hope to use the high chrome gravel pump of wear-resistant alloy;
2. There are many impurities and pebbles in the river, and I hope to choose a pump with a wider flow channel;
3. The customer has a 550kw/1500rpm diesel engine, the flywheel size is provided, and the gearbox needs to be matched according to the power and speed;
4. At the same time, ultra-high molecular weight wear-resistant polyethylene sand discharge pipes and polyethylene floating bodies are required.

The requirements of the customer are relatively clear. The selection engineer team of OCEAN PUMP selected the pump type after simple negotiation and selected the ZS450 type A05 Sand Pump and the Hangzhou developed 600 types 3.5:1 gearbox. Chai 8170 type 18# flywheel is consistent and easy to match successfully, according to the calculation of pipeline head loss, matched with polyethylene pipe and floating body for large particle high chrome gravel pump. Later, the customer raised the issue of the public base, the designer of OCEAN PUMP completed the drawing plan, and the customer finalized the purchase contract.

2. Supervise the container loading. The sand pump must be firmly fixed in a container to ensure not be damaged in long-term shipping.
